Every order from Lunara's Realm ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of your parcel indicates the contents or where it came from — your privacy matters to us as much as your pleasure.
Dispatch time
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival.
Lunara's Realm currently ensure nil duties or further customs fees to the following countries:
Australia
United States
New Zealand
Other countries these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Lunara's Realm has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be - please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Your responsibility as the importer
While we ship to the countries listed above, it remains the customer's responsibility to ensure that ordering adult products is legal in their country and complies with local import regulations. Lunara's Realm is not liable for orders seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities as a result of local restrictions.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If something's gone wrong with your order - it never arrived, arrived damaged, arrived incomplete, or isn't what you ordered - here's how to sort it out with us:
- Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order so we can look into it.
- Have your order number ready. If you can't find it, the email address used for the purchase works just as well.
- Give us a brief summary of what happened, and include photos if you can - they help us resolve things faster.
- If your package hasn't arrived, check with your shipping carrier first. Delays on the courier's end are common and often explain a "missing" package.
- Living in an apartment or complex? Check with your property manager or building office - packages are sometimes left there instead of at your door.
- Still can't find it? You'll need to file a lost package claim directly with your shipping provider. If you're ordering internationally, this usually means filing with the shipping provider in your own country.
- Lost package claims can take up to 4 weeks to resolve.
